Our Mission
Our mission is this, that the people of God, those He has called, and those who are called by His mighty Name, would know how awesome and abundant is the Lord. Not only in Word, but in Spirit, in Truth "For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power." 1 Corinthians 4:20 And the power of God is this, that from dust He has made Man, in His image. And in His great wisdom, and Love, He has placed within man the gift and blessing of bringing forth little children. To care for them, to love them, and to lead them in the ways of the Lord, so that those same little ones might walk in the light of the Lord, all the days of their lives, and for all of eternity. This brings joy to the Lord's heart, and is well pleasing in His eyes.
Our prayer is that the scales would fall from the eyes of all God's people, that the eyes of their hearts would be opened by His mighty Word, which endures forever, and that the Lord would strengthen the hearts of those who belong to Him, to crush the hand of the oppressor, to break the cords of fear and selfishness that bind His people, and that the LORD Almighty would receive the inheritance that is due Him, for "Has not the LORD made them one? In flesh and spirit they are his. And why one? Because he was seeking godly offspring." Malachi 2:15 Indeed in flesh and in spirit we are His, we are bought with Royal blood, and the Word of our God is True:
"Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body. Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body." 1 Corinthians 6:18-20
And honoring God with our bodies, in marriage, is not to pollute and constrict the sexual design and energy of your bodies, but to offer them to God: "...offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God.." Romans 12:1
Do this, and you will find that David truly spoke by the Spirit of God when he said: "Taste and see that the Lord is good, blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him." Psalm 34:8 ...if you walk by faith, and obey the command to be fruitful and multiply, see then if the LORD does not pour out blessing upon blessing into your homes and into your hearts, such that both brim to overflowing, and you are brought to your knees by His power and His majesty, and your heart cries out to Him in worship and thanksgiving!
My brothers and sisters, I pray that you would see the truth, that even the heathen and the secular among us see the despair and barrenness of the land when its people choose to cut off their own fruitfulness from the earth, even those who know not Man's value in God's eyes, nor the measureless worth of little children created in His image, even the thinking among them understand: "A large population is a king's glory, but without subjects a prince is ruined." Proverbs 14:28 http://www.demographicwinter.com
"...no longer will their faces grow pale.
When they see among them their children,
the work of my hands,
they will keep my name holy;
they will acknowledge the holiness of the Holy One of Jacob,
and will stand in awe of the God of Israel.
Those who are wayward in spirit will gain understanding;
those who complain will accept instruction." Isaiah 29:22-24
People of God, do not set your hearts against the greatest blessings of God, nor with your own hands work against His mighty, gentle, loving hands! For who among you would refuse the LORD were He to offer you blessings of riches and talents and glory, and do you not know that children are far greater blessings than these? Indeed, children are blessings such that shame the greatest glories and splendor and riches of all the kings of the earth! For they are the work of His very hands, each one of them conceived and formed inside their mothers, knit together by His hands! You were once so small, and if your mother and father had so chosen to prevent or destroy you in conception, you would not be alive today,...never to see the stars in the heavens, the flowers of the field swaying in the warm spring breeze, nor the mighty oceans crashing against the bounds that the LORD has set for them...indeed God has intended from the very beginning to create Man to enjoy Him and worship Him forever, and has placed the desire to procreate within men and women so powerful that none can deny its power and sheer creative energy. And His Word testifies to this time and again, as if the natural law He placed within us were not enough! David knew the hand of God in his creation, and rightly spoke:
"For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother's womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place.
When I was woven together in the depths of the earth" Psalm 139:13-15
In today's church, David, as the 8th son of Jesse, would never have been. For after two or three sons, Jesse's family would persuade him to prevent any more children, and would thus rob God of His servants! Should it be any different for any of us today? Is not each child unique and wonderful, each one with gifts, a brand-new personality, and a purpose in the LORD? With talents and blessings with which to serve the LORD, and to bless us with? Are we God, that we should take measures to prevent these little ones from coming into being? God forbid that we should ever think or do such things!
In the light of overwhelming verses upholding conception, childbirth, and supporting of abundance of children in every manner; Scripture gives but one example of a man and wife laying together, but with the intent to PREVENT conception. That example is Onan.
"Then Judah said to Onan, "Lie with your brother's wife and fulfill your duty to her as a brother-in-law to produce offspring for your brother." But Onan knew that the offspring would not be his; so whenever he lay with his brother's wife, he spilled his semen on the ground to keep from producing offspring for his brother. What he did was wicked in the LORD's sight; so he put him to death also." Genesis 38:8-10
May the LORD's Word be a blessing to all who hear it and obey. Luke 11:28
